Michael Conigliaro - MANAGING DIRECTOR Well known as a leader and innovator within the spa & fitness industries, Michael Conigliaro has earned the respect and admiration of his peers by designing, developing, managing and owning businesses in the retail, fitness and wellness industries. His retail career began as an executive trainee with Saks Fifth Avenue in New York at age 21. A retail sales management executive for several years, Michael refined his merchandising talent and acquired the interpersonal skills that are a vital part of his business philosophy today. Michael is a business builder known for his ability to develop positive corporate cultures and create profitable businesses.

For much of his career he has provided business development support and guidance to hundreds of entrepreneurs who have started their own profitable businesses. As a leader in new business development in the United States and abroad, Michael is much sought after for his expertise in the burgeoning spa, fitness and wellness industries. Michael possesses both corporate development and account management experience. His track record includes hands-on development of over 150 start-up companies within these industries. He also served in Executive Management capacities for consulting and franchise companies; developing their offering, system and operational infrastructure.

Following these successes and being an entrepreneur at heart, Mr. Conigliaro began Skinetic MedSpa Systems and has built a reputation as an innovator with unique concept development of MedSpas, spas and world class wellness centers for physician groups and individual owners.
